    Vintage rustic brass hinged bangle bracelet...measures 1" wide and 2 1/4" across the diameter...one barely painted flower on the ornamentation on the front...it does have a few issues.
    The frame has been bent and it sticks out a bit at the closure and is hard to get on and off...I think it can be adjusted but I don't want to try...material appears to be brass and needs polishing.has some sort of discoloration or soiling on the back..as found with issues...
