Vintage Abingdon Pottery U.S.A. #476 Yellow Rectangular Planter

Description

Abingdon Sanitary Manufacturing Co Knoxville, IL, started in 1908.
It made vitreous china plumbing fixtures.
In 1934 they started making art china pottery.
That lasted until 1950.
It was sold across the nation in department stores.
This piece is marked Abingdon on the bottom.
It is in very good condition.
Has a small manufacturing imperfection on the bottom.
It is 10-1/4" long, 3-1/8" wide a
nd 3
a-1/8" tall.
No chips, cracks or water stains.
