This is an attempt to clear out the contents of an old farm that has been in the family for over 100 years.  The house is being tackled first, followed by 2 sheds, a garage and a barn. SHIPPING & HANDLING
Handling time is next day, Monday through Friday, holidays are the exception. Shipping is daily, with the exception of weekends and holidays or in the case of an unplanned event. BEST WAY is used for shipping. Shipping may be combined if it is safe to combine items. Items that are shipped Priority are automatically insured for the value of the item, or up to .00. If more insurance coverage is desired, it may be provided at buyers request and expense.
PAYMENT
Payment is due when the auction ends, unless agreement between seller and buyer is made prior to auction close. eBay will automatically open a nonpayment case after 2 days and non-paying bidders/buyers are blocked from future transactions. If a bidder/buyer requests to cancel the sale, no future transactions will be allowed.
