Shipping is typically USPS using the best & quickest means.

If I include a shipping and handling fee to cover materials and transportation, over the postage.  This is always under .00 for domestic shipping.However, since ebay is now charging fees on shipping, I have included a small charge to cover ebay fees on shipping.
Due to a recent increase in USPS fees, free shipping has become cost prohibitive.  Sorry for the situation but the world is getting more and more expensive.
Expdited shipping means that it will not come Media Mail or Parcel Select.
If the item is sent to you electronically, there are no shipping charges.
