Buyer/ Seller Agreement
1. When an item is being bid on, please do not message with an offer and ask us to close the auction, this is unfair and unkind to other bidders and those who want the item as badly as you may.
2. We’re completely transparent in our listing, if something is broken, we will list it that way. If something isn’t gold, we will list it that way. All the details in our listings are 100% honest. This does not include things like for example “the nipple on a bracelet closure being too small”, yes, this was a complaint for a return. Please note that all vintage items were made differently and although they were well made, they’re different from today’s manufacturing.
3. We do accept returns but we will not be accepting returns for nonsensical reasons, such as the aforementioned in #2 (the nipple on a bracelet closure being too small.” Returns must be legitimate, so please, view all photos, read description, and most importantly ask questions; this will prevent a return process.
4. When bidding on an item, please pay within a timely fashion (3 days). If you need more time, please communicate and discuss prior to bidding or post bidding; 7 days total for payment will be the cutoff unless you’re bidding on other items and communicate this to myself or my mother first. We should not have to reach out to bidders/buyers asking for payments or sending payment reminders.
5. We’re not a corporate business, we’re a mom and daughter team who are doing this for fun and some extra money. All of our items are previously owned and purchased by our family or ourselves unless otherwise indicated in description .
6. When you’re bidding on an item, please make sure you can afford to pay for said item prior to placing bids. Placing a bid on an item and then not being able to pay is not only unacceptable, it’s inconsiderate; especially because someone else who may have wanted it loses out on the bid.
Thank you for taking the time to read through everything, we appreciate your business but we also appreciate your kindness and respect.
