Return Policy:

RMA
(Return Merchandise Authorization) number, we will not accept the return.
Products are guaranteed to arrive in the condition advertised and/or described. If you receive a product which is incorrect or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item to arrange replacement or refund.
If you wish to return your product, we will refund your purchase fewer freight charges, as well as deduct a 15% restocking/processing fee.
Item must be in completely intact, unopened and original brand new condition including all accessories, all gifts, and any other supplied items come with your package(s).
For any product return, the package must be sent with tracking number together with full insurance coverage of the original purchase price.
