(our normal main service not available).
And in some countries we can't send the product because the selected shipment service may not be available.

and "Int’l Parcel-Surface" all services are not available)
Please ask us at first before making order about the available shipment service and our current shipping rate at ebay message.
International Postal Policy  is changeable from time to time which we will not know in advance.
we are required to follow the latest  International Postal Policy
as determined on the date and time during shipment period.
Note:
Shipment period in normal situation (No outbreak)
1."Int’l Small Packet-Air" and "Int’l Parcel-Air", the shipment will take only 2- 3 weeks to arrive destination country.
2."Int’l Small Packet-SAL", the shipment will take only 30-45 days to arrive destination country.
3."Int’l Parcel-Surface", the shipment will take around 2-3 months to arrive destination country.
However, for the time being (outbreak occurs), the shipment will take longer than usual.
Please remain calmed and kindly wait for the product since we have to comply with International Postal Policy.
The delivery period is unable to strictly control because the pandemic outbreak affect global transportation.
We do apology for the inconvenience caused and thank you very much for your kind understanding.
