Ground UPS is the default shipping mode for the DOMESTIC orders being shipped within the 48 Contiguous United States.
We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO.

7 day DOA
(Dead On Arrival) warranty unless otherwise stated.
Customers have 7 days after order arrives to notify TelNetLiquid LLC in writing if they would like to return the product(s) for exchange due to hardware failure.
Replacement will be provided for failed items under DOA warranty. If no replacement is available, customer will be granted the refund for the failed component (if the component is a part of the system or a bulk order, the amount of the refund would be calculated on prorated basis).
We sell hardware ONLY, and DOA warranty
covers hardware failure only
. Therefore any software, licensing, password or compatibility issues are not covered by our DOA warranty.
Compatibility for particular use or for use with other hardware must be researched by the buyer prior to purchasing the item. Compatibility issues would  NOT be covered under DOA warranty.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance, in case of RMA, Warranty Repair or Return for Refund.
A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained for all returns.
