I will need detailed pictures of all packaging and all damaged items for any insurance claim that you want me to handle.  ALL PACKAGING and all contents of the box the damaged item arrives in MUST BE KEPT until the insurance claim has been paid because the carrier sometimes asks for it to be brought in for inspection.  Once the claim is paid I will be able to refund your money.
