Up for your consideration is a REI Womens nylon pant, in a size 8. They are a zip-off design that provides an easy transition from pants to shorts, making them perfect for travel, hiking, or rock climbing or ??? Lightweight nylon fabric dries fast and is a low-bulk fabric with flat seams to prevent chafing, also allowing pants to pack down small. This pant has 2 front pockets, 2 zip closure pockets at the hip, and 2 hook and loop closure pockets on the back.There are outseam zippers to let you get pants on and off fast, and let you adjust ventilation to your liking. At the inside waist is a button on elastic that can be adjusted for a snugger fit if needed.There is a horizontal zipper to make these into shorts.The back waist band has elastic for a flexible fit. The inseam measure 32" and shorts inseam is 7".
