10PK Glass Stirring Rods, 7.9" - Spade & Button Ends, 6mm Diameter - Eisco LabsPack of ten, multipurpose stirring rods with one spade end and one button end. Great for stirring, scooping, circulating and crushing. Each rod measures 7.9" in total length, and is 0.25" in diameter. The spade end of the rod measures 0.6" long and wide, and the button end measures 0.4" in diameter. Designed for use in professional laboratories, but is an ideal choice for science classrooms and household use.
Autoclavable, with superior chemical durability. Low temperature gradient- can withstand high temperatures & thermal shocks. Eisco Labs Borosilicate glass has the following heat tolerances: Strain Point -515?C | Annealing Point 565?C | Softening Point 820?C.
