Pacific Coast Hobbies (est. 2003). Established in 2003 with nothing more than a dream and a passion for RC Cars.
Pacific Coast Hobbies started with just two thousand square feet and a handful of spirited staff. We now have doubled in size and carry a full line of hobby products from RC Cars, Trucks, Airplanes, Multirotors, Helicopters, Boats, to Scale Models, Trains, Slot Cars and much more.
- Please contact us through the ebay messaging system by going to the contact seller link within 14 days, and explaining and/or providing pictures of the item you want to return.
- All items must be unopened and in the original packaging.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Buyer will be responsible for shipping charges on returns. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- If the item was sold with our Free Shipping Promotion, the amount refunded will be less the 15% restocking and the original shipping cost.
- Please note that refunds for returns are applied less shipping and restocking fee
- If you purchased a brand new item and the box arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment when it arrives. If you are not able to do that at the time of the delivery and the item has damage due to mishandling during shipping, please reach out to us using eBay messaging with attached photos of the damaged package.
- If you received a brand-new item with any manufacturer defects (not due to shipping mishandling) please reach out to the manufacturer directly. They have made themselves available to help any customer and/or reach out to us through eBay messaging for any potential additional help.
- If you'd like to return an item please reach out to us using eBay messaging to request a return, explaining your reason for the return, upon approval please send returns to:

- Customs Forms are legal documents and falsification of the infomation on them is illegal.

- Payment must be received within 3 business days. After 3 business days, a non-payer dispute will be automated through eBay & the item will be relisted and/or offered to the next highest bidder via second chance offers.

- When paying with credit cards, we will only ship to your billing address.
- We CAN NOT accept overseas credit cards over the phone, you MUST Paypal for this kind of transaction.
For domestic sales we ship with the United States Postal Service, using USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground for items weighing four pounds and up. Tracking information & delivery confirmation will be provided upon delivery.
There is a surcharge for items being shipped to Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska. Please contact us for a shipping quote prior to bidding/purchase.
Items delivered to P.O. boxes weighing four (4) pounds/lbs or more may incurr additional shipping charges.
For International sales we ship most items with the United States Postal Service, using USPS Priority Mail International and USPS Priority Mail Express International with full tracking (upon request and additional fee). Pacific Coast Hobbies is not responsible for any customs/import fees or taxes that your country may charge. Our listings does NOT include those charges.
