Antique Harker semi porcelain spooner

Description

A very old spooner with a Harker mark used between 1890 and 1920.  It is 4" tall with a soft green design.  There are some rough edges on the bottom and one tiny nic on the inside edge.  For its age, it is in very good condition.  No other chips or cracks.
