Abingdon pottery Pink 9 1/2" Vintage

Hello, This vase measure about 9.5" tall and 4.5" wide at the base. The top measures 6.5". There are black spots on this vase that i can't remove. No chips or cracks. Please review all pics and ask questions before purchasing. Thanks
