    DESCRIPTION
    This sale features a lovely Abingdon Pottery Bulb Bowl.
    The bowl is round, measures 12” in diameter, is Ivory colored, and decorated with numerous floral decals and a gold rim (see pictures). It is ink-stamped “Abingdon
    U. S. A.
    ” on the bottom along with the impressed number “518” (see picture). The bowl was made at some point between 1940 and 1950 so it is between 71- and 81-years-old yet it looks like new. This bowl is as near a pristine piece of pottery as any I have ever seen or acquired. It is not chipped, cracked or scratched. The floral decals are completely intact and very colorful. The gold rim exhibits minimal, if any, signs of wear . If you collect Abingdon pottery, here is an opportunity to truly enhance your collection with this wonderful bulb bowl.
