    Description

    the manufacturing process complies with all the code requirements for open riser stairs;
    the tread has a LVL core 1 7/8" thick; we can adjust the thickness according to your specs;
    the top and the bottom section is 7/8" solid hardwood;
    the front and the back section is 1/2"  solid hardwood;
    the price listed is for one tread, made of hickory, 36" long, 3 1/2"thick and 12 1/2" deep, unfinished with no returns;
    For custom orders, please send us all the dimensions and quantities and we will send you a quote.
    We can provide finishing starting at ,000 per order. The finishing will include staining and 3 coats of varnish. We use top of the line water base varnish unless the customer requires a specific product (for example, to match an existing hardwood floor).
