This listing is for an 1831 Bust Half Dollar certified NGC AU55. This coin has nice original color and surfaces with no problems. There is still quite a bit of cartwheel luster in the fields and protected areas. For those that collect by die pair this is the O-108. The diagnostic curved line under "Y" in Liberty (unique to this variety) and die line from feather to stem are observed as described in Glen Peterson's "The Ultimate Guide To Attributing Half Dollars (I highly recommend this book to any new collectors!!)" confirm the variety. Please see the pics for more details. Thanks for looking!
