    Description

    This coin is an 1807 Draped Bust Half Dollar, graded by PCGS as F12.  It has the color of a coin that has seen circulation but that has not been abused.  There is a mark on the reverse that appears to have come from something having laid against the coin for a period of time.  The best guess is that the coin was put into a drawer after years of use and was forgotten about for a period of time.  Overall, this is a very nice example of an early half dollar.
